Harvey Feldman, LCMHC

Harvey Feldman, LCMHC (he/him) is a licensed therapist in the state of New Hampshire (#2128). He holds a Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Goddard College (Plainfield, Vermont) with a focus on clinical issues of gender and sexuality, as well as a Master’s degree in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and an undergraduate degree from Smith College. He is a founding member of The Gender Diverse Care Coalition of New Hampshire, and works in consultation with Dartmouth Hitchcock's Trauma Interventions Research Center. Harvey is the owner of Harvey Feldman Counseling, a private psychotherapy practice in Concord, New Hampshire, and has clinical expertise in working with LGBTQIA+ youth and their families.

Jess Smith, APRN, FNP-C

Jess Smith, APRN (she/her) is a family nurse practitioner and educator. Her clinical interests are pediatric, adolescent, and young adult gender care and sexual and reproductive health. Jess has designed and developed numerous educational programs aimed at helping colleagues in nursing and medicine learn more about how to deliver culturally competent and safe care to young people.​ She is committed to caring and advocating for people in our communities who have not historically been served by our health care systems. Jess is often at the State providing testimony or meeting with officials to discuss and fight for access to medical care.  She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, American Academy of Pediatrics, and currently sits on the NH Pediatric Society's Board.

Frances Lim-Liberty, MD, FAAP

Frances Lim-Liberty, MD, FAAP (she/her) is a board-certified pediatric endocrinologist and educator. She provides gender-affirming care to youth and young adults across New Hampshire and Vermont. Dr. Lim-Liberty is passionate about providing equitable care to all individuals and is often teaching medical students and colleagues how to provide sensitive care to LGBTQIA+ individuals.      She is a fierce advocate for LGBTQIA+ youth and is also involved with state-level advocacy efforts.    Dr. Lim-Liberty is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is Vice President of the NH Pediatric Society.
